Susan

Susan is our Practice Administrator. She takes care of several aspects of our office from patient appointments to planning educational seminars for our employees. Always willing to lend a hand, Susan works all around the office so you’re likely to see her on your dentist visit!

Clinical Team Leader

Anna

Anna is our Clinical Team Leader. She makes sure everything is running smoothly and that the doctors and assistants are on schedule with our patients. Anna trains our dental assistants and helps find employees who are dedicated to patient care and our mission at Lalor Creekside Dental.

At Lalor Creekside Dental, our team of dental assistants works side-by-side with our doctors. In fact, each dental assistant works with multiple dentists, other dental assistants, hygienists and business team members in order to provide exceptional patient care. The dentists sometimes use “four-” and “six-handed” dentistry methods, so dental assistants are a vital part of our team. Our assistants each help with more than 20 patients per day! Dental assistants are available to answer your questions about dental procedures and will always try to make your visit with the dentist as comfortable as possible.

Hygiene Team Leader

Becky oversees our hygiene team. She helps our hygienists stay on schedule and provides training for new hygienists.

Are you due for a cleaning? At Lalor Creekside Dental we take great pride in accurately diagnosing, carefully and comfortably removing decay, and giving our patients smiles they can be proud of. Our hygienists provide this care to patients every day. During a hygiene appointment, they will give you a preventative cleaning to reduce the risk of dental decay and cavities. Hygienists will also determine the overall health of your teeth and gums. In the case of periodontal disease (infection of the gums and bone), a treatment plan that includes further cleaning and other recommendations will be discussed.

Business Team Leader

Jenna

As Lalor Creekside Dental’s Business Team Leader, Jenna oversees our business team and all patient accounts. She schedules appointments, directs our greeters and helps keep us organized! We strive to give our patients individualized care, so Jenna makes sure patients are attended to quickly and all their questions are answered.

Business Team Associates

Debbie, Vince, Joan & Niki

The business team at Lalor Creekside Dental will help make your visit as convenient as possible. They work to eliminate the hassle that sometimes comes with a trip to the dentist office. Our business team schedules appointments that work best for our patients and their families and are available to give you a speedy check-out after your appointment is complete.

Lab Technician

Tom

Tom is our in-house lab technician. He makes and repairs dentures and partials. Dentures are made on-site allowing Tom to customize them and work closely with staff and patients. Denture emergencies and simple repairs can be completed in hours rather than days. He also produces whitening trays for our patients during one visit and helps our sterilization team.

Financial Specialists

Jaime & Robin

Jaime and Robin work as financial specialists and treatment plan coordinators at Lalor Creekside Dental. Always there for our patients, they work diligently to set up treatment plans that everyone can afford! Both Jaime and Robin have tremendous ability and expertise in this area. They are available to discuss your insurance and financing questions in privacy, and will find a way to support your oral health needs. There are many financing options available for our patients.
